Don't turn a blind eye to dog abuse....call Animal Control at 817-392-3737. Plug this number into your cell phone and call, punch #3 when you hear the recording and leave a message for an officer. You will need the location address. The City can turn a blind eye UNLESS the calls are made to support the statistics.
