She's running against other politicians, most of whom happen to be men.<BR/><BR/>Perhaps the better explanation is that more women would be voting for Obama except that Clinton is in the race, and they're being sexist and voting for her because she's a woman.<BR/><BR/>It's also disingenuous to say that because Obama has broken through (because of Bush? You're saying he has no qualifications of his own?), then racism is somehow magically defeated. How many blacks are in the Senate? On the boards or in the executive suites of major corporations?
